How does the return process work?
1. You fill out the return form above, providing details like your order number, the items you are returning, your email address, and so on. The more information you provide in the form, the faster and smoother the return process will be for both you and us.
2. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to create your return label
3. Next, you need to pack the items, attach the label to the package, and drop it off at the nearest pack station or DHL/ Dpd / UPS office. There, you will receive a receipt for your return.
Once we receive your return, we will promptly initiate the refund process.
